If I pay on my credit card, what will show on my statement?

All transactions will show as Seur Bulk please note that at the present time, you can only pay on credit cards if you are a UK resident.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Cannaser ships worldwide, anywhere and everywhere but we must stress, you should check your local law before ordering, as laws differ from country to country, state to state and from time to time, by ordering, you are confirming that you have done so and you understand our products are supplied as souveneirs only.

Is your shipping safe and discreet?

All of our packages are shipped very discreetly, regardless of whether you select shipping upgrades or not your order will ship discretly and in protective packaging. Your package may be shipped in a number ways, the customers name and address being the only info on the front of the package along with one of our discreet return address labels on the rear.

Does your shipping require a signature on delivery?

Standard shipping does not require a signature on deliver.

Shipping upgrades such as our AirSeur delivery option will also not require a signature on delivery and you can track your order to your door. Exact details of this option can be found in the shop for the individual upgrades along with pricing details.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

U.K. Mainland deliveries usually take between 1-3 working days.

99% of our International orders usually deliver within 5 – 10 working days from when you recieve the 'shipped' confirmation on your order, but they can take, although rare up to 21 working days using our default mail options.

Shipping upgrades, such as our AirSeur optional upgrade are delivered on Priority and include tracking of your order through to delivery but do not require a signature of receipt. Cannaseur's AirSeur service is on average up to one day faster than normal, priority mail.

I have not received my goods yet.

If you choose standard postage and you do not receive your goods within 21 working days, then please contact us. Once you have done so, we will make enquires into the missing parcel with the relevant postal service, to try and track down your shipment, however if are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them.

If you choose our guaranteed International AirSeur service you will be able to track you delivery right to the door. Please note we guarantee your parcel arriving to you the shipping address only, our Guaranteed shipping does not cover you entering an incorrect address and it is your responsibility to enter a correct address, 99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting then this is your responsibility to collect it.

Methods of Payment.

We accept all major credit/debit cards online or over the phone within the UK (England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) only. Our online sales are Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details.

Money/postal orders can be purchased from your local post office, wallmart  or gas station. These must be made payable to Seur Bulk. Once we receive the money/postal order we will check that the payable amount is correct before processing the order. Please remember to include delivery costs and any additional shipping costs, as it can hold up your shipment. And if ordering from overseas, please check you have paid the correct monies in the correct currency. Please remember to add 10% To the Invoice Total ( INCLUDING SHIPPING AMOUNT) This is a Bank Postal Order Handling Charge

Cash can also be sent in the post, but please be sure to send it to us via a secure postal service that is track able, or includes recorded delivert as we cannot be held responsible for any loss in the mail.

We do not accept personal cheques.

Do you ship in breeders packs?

We ship all seeds in their original breeders packs unless International Delivery in which case your items will be stealth packed, removed from breeder packaging and repackaged in protected flat packaging . Please note, Cannaseur are wholesale distributors of T.G.A and Breeders Choice seeds to the world. As such, your order will be hand selected from the breeders origional stocks, direct from our fridge. This guarentee's the freshness of your stocks and insures, no dud seeds, ever.

What if an item I have ordered, is out of stock?

We usually have all items in stock as we are world wide distributors of CannaSeur and Breeders Choice brands. Should we run out of a product, (which does happen from time to time) and we can not complete your order instantly we will contact you straight away by e-mail or telephone. If you are happy to wait for the item to come back into stock, this usually only takes a day or two for us restock and promptly ship your goods. If you can not wait for your items to arrive, you can choose an alternative to replace the out of stock product, to the same value or more, so your order is shipped immediately and is not delayed any further.

If we have tried to contact you, but you are unobtainable, then we may select the closest possible alternative for you, and ship this instead, but this happens rarely.

Can you give me cultivation advice?
